About Henry Ford:-
Henry Ford (July 30, 1863-April7, 1947) was a famous American Industrialist and founder of ford motor company. He was the one who introduced assembly line techniques and mass production technique in manufacturing business. He introduced dealership system and franchise system in business. As the owner of ford motor company he became one of the richest and best known persons in the world.
From child hood he was interested in fixing machineries.
So it was obvious to become an Engineer in his career. He had great interest in
Mechanics. In 1983 he had been appointed as chief engineer In Edison’s Company.
He began to experiment on cars on 1890. At 1896 he made his first motor car. It
was expensive to produce and prone to breakdown .At 1896 he attended an
executive meeting where Thomas Edison encouraged him to build a better model.
In 1898 he completed his 2nd model. In the year 1903 Henry Ford
founded “Ford Motor Company”.
He brought a
revolution in American automobile business with his most popular model car”
Model-T “(introduces on 1st October, 1908) and car model “Model-A” (Introduced
in December 1927) at early 20th century. As the owner of ford motor
company he became one of the richest and best known persons in the world.
